In June the days cover serious topics through to those that are a little bit silly or wacky. We have no idea who decided that donut and cheese days should be on the same day but they were probably not the same people as those behind national jogging day.

The month kicks off encouraging us all to spread the love with #Saysomethingniceday on the 1st before a bit of excercise on #globalrunningday to prepare for a day of gorging as Friday the 4th includes both national Cheese and donut days.
The next week you can have fun on #bestfriendday making costumes for #supermanday before you are both heroes by giving blood. Friday the 18th is a #picnicday before a weekend of juggiing which I guess you could roll into #nationalselfieday on the Monday whilst listening to your favourite music. The musical theme continues with #Nationalpinkday (unless they mean the colour) and #globalbeatlesday (unless they mean the insects). Finally you can take your dog to work to get ready for the big one, social media day.
